Maricopa County, located in the south-central part of the United States, is a great place to participate in running competitions. The Maricopa County Community College District and its Foundation are dedicated to creating an educationally productive environment for students, employees and visitors. They also reserve the right to negotiate the use of gifts with potential donors.

The District is devoted to achieving a healthier atmosphere for employees, students and guests, and provides access to information technologies and resources to its students, employees, board members and the general public. The District and its schools recognize their outstanding supporters, volunteers, teachers and staff in special publications, at events, receptions and award ceremonies. They also honor distinguished services and generous donors through named donations and other named funds or through a variety of permanent public facilities. Administrative regulations have been established to provide guidelines and processes for naming academic facilities and entities in the Maricopa County Community College District.
